Blog Post 2 - Academic Integrity

                              Academic Integrity and Plagiarism

    • Academic integrity means honesty and responsibility in scholarship. Students and faculty alike must obey rules of honest scholarship, which means that all academic work should result from an individual's own efforts. Intellectual contributions from others must be consistently and responsibly acknowledged. Academic work completed in any other way is fraudulent.
    • Plagiarism is using others' ideas and/or words without clearly acknowledging the source of that information. It may be intentional or unintentional

    • Plagiarism is a very important aspect because whats worst that putting in work and your precious time in something then someone just take and not give you your credit when its due. Plagiarism is very important in college because in college they have a tool where the past your essays in and if you do not quote the source where you got it from its consider plagiarism and when that happen you get kicked out of college even though you pay your money and they will  not refund your money for sure.
